11/28/06, 4:00pm....Well, I've been calling for this for a year now...I guess I was a little ahead of schedule.  But the real estate market seems to have finally started to bust.  How is everyone going to afford those $300,000 homes they have 3 mortgages on when the economy is struggling?  What happens when banks start to lose money on forclosures and raise interest rates to match credit cards?  When will you be about to get a 60 year mortgage?  We're heading in the wrong direction here, people....

11/24/06, 4:50pm....This type of story scares me.  Russia is now arming IRAN?!?  No good will come of that.  Back to the home front, check this story out.  At least the previous administration wasn't corrupt at all....And for the LOVE OF PETE, can we just admit Michael Richards is no different than Mel Gibson (racist) and move on?  Poor Kenny Kramer's had to take some phone calls!  Seriously, spending all this time talking about Richards using a word....Doesn't that give waaayyy too much power to that word?  Just a thought.

11-10-06, 2:45pm....If he weren't such an evil, incompetent man, I'd almost feel sorry for him.  But truly, I hope he burns!  Check it out!  And in more good news, it looks like this lame duck might finally be leaving as well....

11-9-06; 10:00am....I'm pretty pumped up right now.  The Democrats took the House; no big surprise there.  But it looks like they'll take the Senate as well!  How George "macaca" Allen made it close is a mystery to me, but whatever.  And the best news of all, Donald "You go to war with the army you have, not the army you want" Rumsfeld is GONE!!!  It's about freaking time.  But regardless, it looks like things are turning in the right direction.  And I'm not saying the Democrats have all the answers and everything will be peachy now.  What I'm saying is that when one party controls both houses and the Oval Office, it's bad for the country.  Oversight is very important, and it's been missed for the last 4-6 years.  Maybe instead of spending (literally) $350,000,000 on a bridge for 100 people, we can take half of that money and help the poor a little.  Crazy thought, eh?

10-26-06, 9:15am....Oy VEY!!!  I've finally got the new website published...Good gravy was that process frustrating!  Any who, We'back in business.  Sorry about some of the layout designs....I'm kinda limited in what I can do.  And I may be changing things in the future, especially the blog page.  I'm hoping to make it easier for folks to post their repsonses to my idiotic rants.

What kind of retard site publishing service doesn't let you hit "enter" without opening up an entire new "paragraph" form?!?  I HATE Brinkster!

Enough about my problems....Elections are coming up.  I'd like to know some of your opinions on Issues 2 (minimum wage), 3 (gambling), and 4/5 (smoking ban).  E-mail me by clicking here and let me know what you think!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

11:20pm....It's official!  How will the right-winger's spin this one?

8-24-06, 3:15am....Let's start with a little Bush-bashing, shall we?  This story has gotten quite a bit of press lately....Seems a little strange for someone who lost their home, etc. to praise Bush, doesn't it?  Well here's the real story.  The morale?  Agree with Bush and sing his praise to the media, and you can meet with him.  If you vote Democrat, disagree with him, and recently lost a child in an illegal war, and he won't even speak your name.  I think I'm going to puke.  And let's not ignore this story either....  While I don't really think this is the final step before the draft is back, I don't like the implications....

Judging by this story, maybe it's time to forget this "War of Terra'" and go back to the Cold War....

EVERYONE needs to read this article...PROTECT YOURSELF!!!

And finally, maybe some good news here....Maybe we can convince the extremists running this country that science CAN BE A GOOD THING!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4:55am....I wonder how much press this story is going to get?  To be honest, I don't disagree with all the points Buchanan makes...But's he's guaranteed to piss off a lot of people!  This is all assuming we can trust Matt Drudge, which all know we can't.  Fun fact for the day.  Someone I work with said in passing yesterday that there are more whites than any other race on Earth.  Not only is that just wrong, but there's a newer study that suggests whites are mutated from people of color!  I'll see if I can find the article...Stay tuned!

8-21-06, 1:20am...I guess this story shouldn't really surprise me.  The right-wingers seem to have no shame in their support of their own.  Maybe what I should be surprised about is the fact that the author of this editorial almost comes out and agrees with the ruling.  Folks, it's plain and simple.  Bush is breaking the law.  I think that's much more of a reason for impeachment than being unfaithful to your wife.  Speaking of Hillary...I don't think she's the best candidate, personally.  I like Bidden.  But we'll see.  If she does run and actual get ready to see a new low in how the Republicans attack and attack and attack...Back to the ILLEGAL domestic wiretapping....check out this story.  Maybe Bin Laden's not who we should be worried about!  (Remember, Bush said a few years ago he doesn't spend that much time thinking about Bin Laden.  Maybe that's why we "can't" find him....)

On a lighter note (if you consider anti-Semitism light....) Denis Leary doesn't hold back.  Although the subject matter isn't funny, in my opinion, Leary's rant sure is!  And while we're on the topic, I need your opinion on this, Socrates....
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

9:45pm...Couple of quick items....While I'm not surprised, this story makes me sick.  How much do you think Bush appreciates not having to raise the terror alert level again to take our attention away from Iraq, and the fact that he can't obey the law?  I don't know if any of the allegations are true, but if they are, I like to see this type of protest.  Maybe we can use this as inspiration to protest Wal-Mart?!?  And finally (for now), this story is just sad.  In Europe, most workers get a month of vacation to start.  Here, we're lucky to get a week.  I WANT MORE VACATION!!!

8-19-06, 3:30am....2 things I don't feel like commenting on.  First, the whole JonBenet deal.  Personally, I don't think this guy did it.  But I don't have all the facts, and I really don't care that much.  Sorry!  Second, Bush is finally called out for his unconstitutional domestic wiretapping.  I knew it was wrong.  You knew it was wrong.  As Neil Young says, "Let's impeach the President."

Moving on...Let's take a minute to remember it was this lady and Scalia (activist judge?!?) who put Bush in office in the first place.  Karma's a female dog.  In her case, I hope it's a rabid female dog.  Next up....Does anyone else find it strange the Republicans aren't even backing their own candidate in  Connecticut?  If I were a conspiracy theorist...Next up, sit back and watch this report.  The answer, of course, is YES!!!

Finally, Socrates wanted me to blog about this story, so I will.   It depresses me.   It makes me ashamed.  It doesn't really surprise me, but it saddens me deeply.

10:40pm....I hate American politics, I really do.  Be prepared to see more ads like this from the Republicans this fall.   They have no real platform except fear.  And guess what?  It kinda works right now!  Still haven't watched the Oberman piece?!?  WATCH IT!!!  I watched a documentary a year or so ago detailing how Reagan spent millions on the "Star Wars" project, when 99.9% of scientists knew it wasn't possible.  Well guess what?  And this story is so infuriating it's laughable....  I guess it's tough to declare war on a concept.  On a happy note, I came across this article today.  Are you people starting to pay attention?  I certainly hope so....  Also, this site it's kinda interesting.  It translates news stories from around the world into English, so stupid, lazy Americans can see how the rest of the world views them...Do you dare look?

8-15-06,12:45am...Holy crap, do I have some stories to tell!!!  I read this article a few days ago.  If you believe this article, the US government lied to it's citizens, no ifs-ands-or-buts about it.  But it's mostly heresay, and tough to prove, so I tried not to let myself get too worked up over it.   Then I watched this absolutely brilliant piece.   It's long, so it takes a few minutes to download.  PLEASE BE PATIENT!!!  It is well worth the wait, I promise.  Even if you don't buy it completely, it has to make you wonder....  Especially in light of stories like this.   I now have no doubt that the US government is trying to fool us....Trying to lie to us...Try to gaslight us.  I didn't have a clue what that meant until I read this.  Fits the bill perfectly....  I'll probably make another post (rant) or two today, so keep checking back!

On a slightly different note, our galaxy as we know it is (possibly) about to change drastically.  Read this.  Although it's science, so it probably doesn't even exist in some people's minds....

8-10-06,10:30pm....I've ignored my little site here for a few days...Not that anyone noticed.  I have a file saved at home with some topics I wanted to address, but I'm at work, so it doesn't do me much good...I was going to comment on the missing Egyptian students because I was afraid the story would be ignored.  Luckily, I was wrong.  Very scary though, especially considering today's developements....Then I ran across this story...And speaking of the London terror deal, here's what bothers me.  The Republicans are using this as an excuse to claim Democrats are weak on terror, and the Democrats are using it as an excuse that the Republicans policies aren't working.  Here's my two cents... Great job by the US, Great Britian, and Pakistan investigating this and stopping it before it started.   But to say we're safer than we were before 9/11 is purely insane, in my mind.  If anything, we've poked the hornets nest with Iraq, and it will come back to bite us. But kudos to all the officials involved to stop these particular attacks.

When I read stories like this, I want to cry.  Seriously, can't we all just get along? We need to use our resources to protect and build this country, not bickering and trying to destroy FELLOW AMERICANS!

8-7-06, 1:15am...Short and sweet....Maybe they can use some of their billions of dollars in quarterly profits to repair this?

1:25am...At least China government actually advises their legislature they're being spied on.  Our president doesn't even do that.  Think, given this information, Bush will concede he's at least as bad as a Communist country?

3:05am...I think AOL has finally lost it's mind.  I've linked to this story before,  and this story almost defies explanation.  So just when I think AOL can't afford any additional bad press, I read this!  Seriously folks, if you are using AOL, begin the year long process of cancelling!  This is outrageous!

8-6-06, 1:20am...One quick article for now...I don't think this got much press, but a former White House advisor pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft charges recently...He returned a bunch of stuff he never bought to Target to try and get the money.  At first, his excuse was that it was a credit card mishap.  His excuse in court?  Katrina made him do it.  I'm mildly surprised he's not still working for this administration.....

5:50am....Seems to be kind of a slow news day, so how about some Sunday comics?  they're a bit out there, and seem like British humor, but I dig it.  Here!

8:00pm...Couple of topics I'd like to touch on.  First, Socrates sent me this article.  Kinda illistrates that Hezbollah is stronger than many people anticipated, and that Israel is "glad" they're deeling with this problem now, instead of in a year or two....And on the topics of the Middle East, why do current "news" organizations feel the need to create news instead of reporting it?  I read this, and I was saddened.  I know news is a business, and they are basically interested in only one thing, money.  But to try and pass of fake news to earn an extra buck is just sick.  Maybe they feel the violence isn't insane enough to get americans fired up?

Here's my thought on this.  It is a fact that the man you owned the Wrold Trade Centers had taken out a billion dollar insurance policy on the buildings a month or two before the attacks.  It is also true that the buildings did come down pretty easily, and there were early reports of hearing explosives right before the building fell.  However, I'd really like to believe no one would be willing to kill thousands of Americans for either money or to start an illegal war in the Middle East.  If that makes me naive, so be it.

And for some local flavor, check this out.  I laugh at the prospect of Republicans trying to prevent voter fraud,  although I admit it's documented that both sides are guilty of it.  What some people are trying to do to this state is just sick.  As we approach election time, I'll present my case against Blackwell, who I believe would be a worse governor than even Bob "19% approval rating" Taft.

8-5-06, 12:00am...I've never wanted to be wrong as badly as I want to wrong about my WW3 "prediction."  Not that I'm alone in that analysis, but still the prospect of a global war is not a happy thought.  However, when I read stories like this and this, it makes me think I might be right!

12:50am...Since a certain father-in-law of mine laughed and laughed along with Rush "Pills are good food" Limbaugh and countless others over the (substantiated) claims of prisoner abuse at GitMo, I'm sure they all find this equally hilarious.  Not to is sheer hypocracy, plain and simple.

2:20am...So how do the Republicans defend their administration when they're called out for the misleading, unintelligent idiots that they are?  By saying the speech was scripted and didn't present any solutions.  ATTENTION PEOPLE ON THE RIGHT!  George W. Bush is your leader!  And you're going to accuse people of sticking to a script and not presenting any new ideas or solutions?  Unreal.....

8:10pm...I read this article, and it kinda freaked me out.  Look, I realize the prez and I don't see eye-to-eye on several issues...But is this really the kind of advise we want our elected officials to seek?  Not me!  And Socrates wanted me to touch on this article as well....Sounds like some politians are starting to realize that we have a bunch of idiots in office, and our country is suffering as a result.  And while we're trashing the right-wingers, let's bring up this "old" story again.....  How Republican Senators can justify linking an extra couple bucks an hour to the Walton kids not paying taxes on their billion dollar empire defies logic....

8:55pm...Admittedly, I didn't pay enough attention in school, so please correct me if I'm wrong here.  But didn't our fore-fathers try to create a government with somethign called "Checks and Balances," so that no one branch of the government had too much power?  That's what I thought...And then I read stories like this.... Mind you, our Governor in Ohio is horrible, but not as bad as the Republican who might just replace him...However, to give the President this much power (regardless of party!) is not smart.  Just ask Kanye West.

This link hits on a couple of different issues, but check out the second issue regarding the new "museum" in Kentucky.  Folks, those of us on the side of science will always differ with those on the side of religion, at least on the smaller topics...But to think people in this country want to teach kids dinosaurs were on the Earth with Adam and (St)Eve is absolutely insane, in addition to being plain wrong.  Maybe I'll open a museum with artifacts from "long ago, in a galaxy far, far away" and present it as fact.  There is little difference in my mind.  I think my brain is going to explode...  **Note** Socrates says " I was debating opening a museum where people bang their heads into walls. I think the end result is the same no matter which one you visit..." -Excellent point!

8-4-06, 8:00am...OK, For the second time this wek, Internet Explorer crashed on me, ruining paragraphs of sheer brilliance.  Although the service I host this website through doesn't support it, EVERYONE should be using Mozilla's FireFox web browser.  Click here to download it today!

Now on to the serious stuff...I just found out about this recently, but maybe we in America should be inspired by...Iceland?  It's true.  Check this out!  If they can do it with their city buses, why can't we try to do it with our cars already?

I also had a perfectly worded paragraph regarding a little discussion Socrates and I had regarding my comments on August 1.  To be fair, he's one of my only Jewish friends, and he's visited Jerusalem a couple of times, so he's got a leg up on just about everyone else out there...His point was basically that since the entire world seems to hate the Jews, they are kinda forced to have one of the best (THE best, in his opinion) militaries in the world.  And because of this, what might appear to be over-reaction by the part of the Israeli army is actually just their sheer might trying to destroy a militant group who would love to see Jerusalem back in Muslim hands.  Folks, whatever your opinion on the subject is, this type of debate is exactly what I hope to accomplish with this blog.  Perhaps, with an open mind and some honest talk, we can all educate each other.  Instead of preparing for WW3, maybe we should be striving for The Age of Enlightenment 2.

Some updates to the links page, so click here to check it out!

9:40pm....Just a quick question...No one would argue with me that the vast majority of Muslims dislike Jews.  And while it really makes no sense, it is a fact that many, many Christians don't like Jews either.  Don't believe me?  Here's a couple of examples.  An entire country kicking out Jews, and some people may be familiar with this Catholic.  Why, then, is it so hard to imagine that an American could harbor this kind of hatred in modern times?  I read articles like this, and I want to scream.... See my rant from August 2 for more info on my position....

9:55pm....HOLY crap, literally!  Am I reading this right?!?  Pat Robertson, for the first time in his life, actually said something that makes sense?!?  Don't believe it either?  Check this out!

10:00pm...I'm not a huge Hillary fan, per se.  But you HAVE to admire this.  Rumsfeld is an idiot, period.  He doesn't seem to know what he's doing.  In fact, most of the time he looks scared and sounds stupid.  He should go back to shaking the hands of the "Axis of Evil" leaders....oh, wait, he probably does shake Dubya's hand....

11:15pm....Socrates, it's story's like this that make me ask the questions we've discussed...  I'm not saying Israel's rational is wrong, I just think it's fair to ask questions, that's all....

8-2-06...I hate to kick a guy when he's down, and I'm not Jewish, so take my words with a grain of salt...However, Mel "Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world" Gibson apologized for his comments, and asked the Jewish community for help.  He regrets his words during what he calls a "drunken outburst," and is currently in rehab for alcoholism, which he claims he's battled for years.  Here's where I have the problem.  He blew a .12, and the legal limit is .08.  For those of you who don't know, .08 is equivilant to roughly 2 beers for a man his size.  That means that for a seasoned drunk, 3 beers put him over the limit and caused him to go on his drunken tirade.  Does that sound right to you?  Because it doesn't to me....And seemingly everyone, including the Anti-Defemation League, has accepted his apology.  Everyone makes mistakes, and should be forgiven for those mistakes.  But I question the honesty of the apology, that's all...Maybe he should just retire to his multi-million dollar private island (where he kicked off most of the inhabitants, except for the ones he uses as "workers") and retire....

While the majority of Americans don't seem to care at all about the Iraqi's being killed as a result of our occupation...er, liberation, I read an interesting stat today.  This is according to a UN report recently released, so I know most of you Republicans out there will dismiss it immediately.  DON"T!!!  "The health ministry revealed for the first time in June that 50,000 Iraqis have been killed violently since 2003..."   50,000!  It's time we stand together as Americans and admit we enabled a civil war to break out in Iraq.  There is no easy solution, but pulling our troops out of the country would be a great start.  This administration has failed abroad, and has done even worse on the home front.  Please, everyone, for the sake of our children, PAY ATTENTION!!!

8-1-06...The Cuban Missile Crisis Part 2?  Doubtful.  Isn't it lovely that while the entire country is gripped in a heat wave, your king gets information like this?  Amazing...  I'm not going to spend too much time on the Middle East today...Although I will say that I'm less and less in favor of Israel's position.  Either they're accomplishing what we couldn't (or won't), or they're using our "terror" excuse to do whatever they want.  Time will tell, I suppose.

And while I'm committed to refrain from religious discussions here, I am absolutely in love with this story.   Maybe not too surprising, considering his father's position on the Holocaust.  Kinda lends a bit of credence to the anti-Semitism expressed in The Passion, eh?

One more quick blast from the past....Let's assume Princeton knows what they're talking about.  Take a look at this map, and explain to me A)how Bush got re-elected, and B) why we still use the Electoral College?!?

7-27-06...I doubt you would find any American who actually likes Al Qaida.  As much as I hate Bush and his foreign policy, the fact is Al Qaida does hate America, and wants to destroy it.  However, you have to admire their honesty.  They're actually calling it what it is...a holy war.  Can I have oxymoron for a $100?  So they'll join Hezbollah to try and bring down Israel.  And where did they go to boot camp?  Iraq.  So think about this, kiddies.  Our tax dollars, or more correctly, our kid's tax dollars, pay for the training of Al Qaida.  Couple that with the fact that many of their weapons and early training was sponsored by Reagan, and you could almost make the arguement that the US is in a civil war in the Middle East!

7-26-06...So I just read an interview with Lebanese President Emile Lahoud saying, "Without this resistance [Hezbollah] Lebanon would still be occupied today."   Wait a minute... I thought Bush was saying over and over that  we need to help Lebanon, because we've just enlightened them with our wonderful Democracy, and they're struggling.  Now the president of Lebanon says the "terrorists" have done more to protect his country than the US has done!  To be fair, maybe we were pre-occupied with our own occupation in the region...  *sniff sniff*  Smell that?   It's not the thousands of dead cows in California....It's the crap this administration keeps feeding us, and 30% of you are eating it up!

7-25-06...I barely remember learning about the Crusades in school, and I've some, but not much, about them after graduating...So I had to do three seconds worth of research on-line to confirm what I thought was true.  The Crusades were wars trying to reclaim Jerusalem from the Muslims for the Christians.  Catholics, to be more specific, but Christians.  Flash forward a thousand or so years, and it's the Muslims trying to reclaim Jerusalem from the Jews!  So it's rock-paper-scissors, and here's how it works.  The Muslims hate the Jews and the Christians.  The Christians hate the Muslims, and typically have the Jew's backs.  However, most Catholics, especially in Europe, and you know, the rest of the world, hate the Jews.  Iran was present for North Korea's missile tests...Pakistan is increasing their nuclear capabilities.  Russia has volunteered to store nuclear waste in their country, for a cost.  For no good reason, I don't like that.  And who is most of our every-increasing deficit with?  China!  Remember 20 years ago when Communism was the enemy?!?  And for the record, most of Socialist South America also hates the US.  And did you know Venezuela, el presidente Hugo Chavez, is the SECOND largest exporter of oil after Saudi Arabia?

If we're not witnessing what will be remembered as the third or forth year of WW3 (officially, don't e-mail me with other shoulda's and woulda's) then I'll admit I don't know anything and will go back to being an ignorant drone.

7-25-06...I'm back baby!  Working nights with internet access will allow me more time to update this little guy, and there's a lot going on, America!  It's time to start paying attention!  Things might not just work themselves out.  Then again, what do I know?

6-18-05...Folks, I'm a little nervous.  I have a strange feling that Newt Gingrich will be the next Republican nominee for president.  I know this might seem too early to worry about this, but I can't help it.  NEWT IS PURE EVIL!!!  Don't believe me?  Check out this website.  Or maybe pick up Newt's new book, third of a trilogy "wondering" what it would be like of the South had won the Civil War.  Or maybe ask some of the Senators and Representatives he "trained" to attack Democrats "early, and never let up."  This guy is the lowest common denominator, and if he runs this country, we're litterally doomed.  If you like the idea of America being destoyed, through your support behind this jerk.  I know the religious right will!

6-16-05...So, the result of the Terri Shiavo autopsy are in.  And you know what?  It concludes that there was NO WAY she could have ever recovered, as her brain had withered to half it's normal size.  So I guess those in favor of a "culture of life" didn't know what they were talking about.  What a shock!  And have you seen how much press it's gotten?!?  Not a whole lot...Further supporting the fact that the idiot(s) in the White House cannot admit when he(they) is(are) wrong.  What do you think the odds are that you're going to see Dubya appologize to Terri's husband?  About the same odds as him fessing up to the Downing Street Memo.  PAY ATTENTION, PEOPLE!

6-14-05...WOW!  It's been a while!  And you know who noticed?  NOT ONE PERSON.  I have recieved exactly zero e-mails as a result of this website.  So, since I'm talking to myself, I don't have to worrying about offending anyone.  YEAH!  As I've said before, the majority of people I know voted for Bush.  This "man" is the worst president we've had since Regan, and maybe the worst we've ever had, ever.  Anyone want to try and justify the Downing Street Memos to me?!?  Can someone please justify destroying the National Parks in Alaska to drill for oil when we've taken over and are currently occupying Iraq?  Anyone want to lie to me and tell me how well the economy's doing?!?  TIME TO ADMIT DEFEAT, RIGHT WING NUTS!  PLEASE argue with me.  Prove me wrong!  I dare you...

4-12-05 Part II...OK, I'm all fired up now.  I know I singled out the individuals who voted for Bush based on a perceived religious basis.  I didn't mean to leave out all of those who voted for Bush because they didn't want their guns taken away.  Shame on you!!!  A)There were thousands of more important issues to consider, and B) you're fighting a battle you don't need to fight!  Democrats don't want to take away your guns, and more importantly, they couldn't even if they wanted to!  What court do you think would uphold that decision, and clearly go against the Constitution?!?  It just pains me as an intelligent human being to see the decision making in the country.

4-12-05...OK, I lied.  I'm not satisfied by Bush supporters merely admitting Dubya didn't know what he was doing in Iraq.  I want to take it a step farther, but first I have to qualify my statement.  Let me start off by saying I have no idea how/why each individual person voted for Bush.  However, there is a theme that I believe is common among many of the GOP supporters.  That common theme is selfishness.  People voted for Bush because they're selfish, and they want this country run the way they think is right, whether it's in the best interest of the people or not.  Was it coincidence that eleven swing states also had issues at the state level to ban gay marriage?  Of course not.  While I can't possibly understand what it's like to be homosexual, I CAN understand that some people are homosexual.  Does that make them less of a person?  The majority of Ohioans would tell you YES!  What happened to the "free" country we live in?  Maybe it never was free, and I'm just noticing it.  But to claim that you support Bush because he "spreads freedom" while at the same time we're taking away freedoms from individuals in our own country is insane.  It's the most wishy-washy thing I've ever heard.  It's almost like saying you support a culture of life when you've killed more people as Governor than any other state.  Oh, wait...That's our leader!  All hail the chief!  Folks, to imply that homosexuals getting married "ruins the sanctity of marriage" is total crap.  I'm going to start an initiative to ban Christian marriage.  I think it violates the sanctity of a legal process we call marriage.  How do you think that would be received by the masses?

4-6-05...Here's all I'm asking.  One of the dozens of people I know who voted for Bush should come up to me and say,"Hey.  Iraq is out of control.  Perhaps Bush's intentions were pure, but he was a bit naive about the realities of war.  His foreign policy leaves much to be desired.  And he's spending our (mine, at least!) Social Security money to finance the whole thing!  The Democrats didn't offer much, and so we voted for what we thought was the lesser of two evils."  That's all I want to hear.  Perhaps Bush is the lesser of the two evils.  Scary thought, eh? We'll never know.  But to continuously defend EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS DECISIONS is laughable.  Time to come clean.

4-5-05....This will be my first entry.  I am going to try and justify one of the links on this website.  As you may or may not know, many members of our family voted Republican in the last election.  I, however, learned how to read as a child, and therefore could not with any conscience vote for our current terrorist, er president.  If you check out our LINKS page,  you will notice one of the links will take you to Jerry Springer's radio show.  Now for the justification.  Let me start by saying I HATE Jerry's TV show.  I put it on the same level as COPS.  That is, it highlights the lowest forms of life in this country.  I can't even bring myself to smile at these shows.  They make terrorists want to bomb us.  That being said, Jerry's radio show is fantastic!  He speaks intelligently.  He actually takes calls from both the left and the right.  He can admit when the left screws up.  Can the same be said for Rush "pain-pills-are-fun" Limbaugh?  Clearly not!  No matter what your political stand, I encourage you to listen to Jerry's show a few times.
